Mima Mounds Work Party

Join us for a hands-on restoration work party at Mima Mounds Natural Area Preserve in support of our Biodiversity Program. Volunteers will help restore this unique prairie ecosystem by moving branches and creating debris piles to clear and protect the iconic mounds.

This is a great opportunity to support local conservation efforts while spending time outdoors with a community of volunteers. No experience is necessary -just come prepared with gloves, sturdy boots, weather-appropriate clothing, and water. Snacks will be provided.
